Background

Finlayson, Augustini & Williams LLP ("FA&W") was founded by Jesse
Finlayson, Jeff Augustini, and Mike Williams. Before founding the firm,
the partners of FA&W worked for many years in the Orange County,
California office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, one of the nation's premier law firms.

Mission

With approximately 30 years of collective experience, we know how
to provide the highest quality legal services to our clients. We also
understand, however, that in today's legal market, "big firm" quality
legal representation all too often carries with it hourly rates that
simply are beyond the fiscal reach of many businesses and
individuals in need of high-caliber legal services.

Our firm's mission is simple: To provide our clients with the same high
quality representation that they would receive at the top-tier
national law firms while charging considerably lower
hourly rates. Stated differently, we strive to provide more for less.
